On 01/12/2013 lines to pay points were long & queues to the fitting rooms even longer.it went right down to front of store.3 of us were in line. When we got to the front Lucinda advised we cannot go in together. I explained that its time consuming for us to go separately, each had 1 item & I was paying for all of it. To my dismay & the other customers in the queue Lucinda said company policy & she will not allow more than 1 person in a cubicle. I asked her if it was only this promenade that adheres to this COMPANY policy as I always have someone go with me in other legit stores. She told me she doesn't know.did she not say COMPANY POLICY? asked her WHY this was in place at this store, she then with a BUCKET LOAD OF ATTITUDE asked "don't you just wanna speak to my manager? "I said no im just asking a question im sure you were briefed on the answer.she looked away & when I asked her if she would answer me, she turned& said "NO" & walked away.she didn't come back.pathetic! people had left fitting rooms already, we were next & no1 was there to assist.a cashier left her post at the till to allow us in even though the queues there was long too.i have never had this at other stores. DISGUSTING!
