AND THE SAGA CONTINUES!!!

AS YOU CAN SEE I HAVE STILL HAD NO JOY WITH THE GALAXY TAB, MALL @ REDS HAS HAD IT FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS NOW AND I GET A CALL YESTERDAY STATING ABOUT THEY ARE WAITING FOR PARTS OR SOME THING I WAS NOT REALLY LISTENING TO THE EXCUSES AGAIN, AND WHEN I TELL THEM I AM NOT HAPPY I GET TOLD THEY WILL ESCALATE THE MATTER. WHY HAS IT NOT BEEN ESCALATED TO COLLIN CALVIN YET I THINK ITS TIME I WENT TO THE CONSUMER COUNCIL FOR ADVISE ON THIS MATTER, BECAUSE THIS TAB WAS FAULTY A MONTH OR TWO AFTER WE BOUGHT IT AND NOW IT IS NEARLY A YEAR LATER AND I AM STILL HAVING NO JOY. THE SAYING GOES GET GOOD SERVICE AND YOU TELL A FEW PEOPLE GET BAD SERVICE AND YOU TELL A LOT OF MORE!!!
