I was in Woolworths Canal Walk with my daughter and son inlaw on sunday evening, the shop was full and I couldnt take the heat,
Ms Omar saw my daughter was uncertain as to the curtains she wanted to purchase, came to her assistance and even phoned around to see which store has stock of the specific curtains. She then noticed that I looked a bit stricken, immediately asked if I'm ok, I then replied that the heat is making me feel faint. She led me to a fan that was on the floor, switched it on and went to get me a glass of water which was really appreciated at the time. As the shop was very busy, she assisted some other shoppers, but constantly came to ask if I'm ok, do I need anything. I just want Ms Omar to know that people like her are few and far between and thank you once again for the time and patience you displayed even though the shop was so busy. Keep up the good work, .
