Stinking attitude

I visited the branch on the 01/11/2013 to pay my account and to possible get a new Markham card as mine innitial one was along with my wallet and my ID book also. I was attended by Brian who i advised "I'm here to make payment and possible get a new card". immediately he start lashing out telling me he won't help with with the new card, that it along process that his not willing to undergo. I then told him i don't mind waiting. he then said he has a long que of customers, to my suprise there were only 2 customers waiting behind me plus there was another till opened. He just wasn't interested and couldn't be bothered with. I'me new in the Foschini Group and to service such stinking service it unbarable. I'm considering closing my account and going back to Truworths because of this incident alone. mind I've just relocated to Pretoria in Silverton and this happen to be th the convenient branch for me and I don't see myself going back there after recieving such service.
