Listing on ITC even when they at fault

I have an account at Homechoice and they sent me goods late. More over I did not know how to pay my account. I called call centre a few time gave them my new phone number and address asked them to update it on their system. This did not happen. I called frequently to try and update it. They sent me account and bank details to wrong address and tried to contact me on wrong phone number. I eventually paid my account after they evetually updated my details. Now im sitting with a ITC listing preventing me from getting a home loan. I called call center they refused to listen to me and shouted at me. To add insult to injury I have no where to live because of them as I cannot get a loan from the bank because they said I never paid for 4 months. Even though I tried to communicate with them many times. How to fix this homechoice. Thank u for putting me out on the street for 200 rand a month which I now paid in full and in advance!!! You guys really care about your customers.
