Rotten and stinking attitude

I have opened an account with FNB, and had not user my account or the card. So I had forgotten the pin for the card. I went to the branch to reset my pin.
At the main branch inside the mall, I was that needed to go to the other branch. I got there and I was not helped, they told me something about the system not working and was nt offered an alternative. they couldn't reset my pin or give me another card. Reason I was in need of using my card I had to withdraw money and make some payments. I went today Mavis and Londiwe didn't help me, instead they gave me attitude. I am highly dissapoint in this service that FNB staff gave me. I will inform other peole about them, their attudes is rotten and it stinks. they think they are better. Forgetting that they get paid to serve clients. I just thankul to Sbongile Sekanjana for finally assisting me, we need more of you at FNB.
Highly angry, frustrated and dissapponted client.
