Pathetic service and attitude

I have been a loyal patron of this branch since it opened many years ago, but today have decided ''enough is enough'.
Standing in the till queue for 30 min waiting to pay for my purchases, only 3 tills open while 5 cashiers stand talking on the other side of the store. When you do eventually get to the till the arrogant attitude of the cashier is just not acceptable from someone who is taking my hard earned money.
