There goes another customer lost

Odered toys for my son's birthday last week Tuesday. Tried to pay through the immediate EFT option but didnt' work. Called call centre. She said no problem - do the COD option. Tried to do it but COD option not available. Phoned back - got an obnoxious, unhelpful & completely unenthusiastic agent. Just told me the COD not available. Escalated to team leader who then about why it isn't available - first because it was a big 'sale day', then because one of the items was from CPT and the others from JNB and then finally because the site was busy. This despite me being put on hold for over 15 minutes waiting for her to talk to me & having a recording going on & on about being able to do COD payments. I do an EFT.Get email confirming payment received & order with the Courierf for delivery Monday 2/12. Even though on the website estimated delivery in 2 days. 2/12 is my son's birthday. I call on 2/12 to confirm all on track & get told delivery is for 4/12.I complain. Get told I will get a call in an hour. No call. I call in after waiting & complain. Agent calls back-NO apology for no call&then just RUDE.Oh-& delivery messed up-received 3 out of 4 items. Is Takealot going 2 explain 2 my son??
