I placed a online order with Mr Price. The fact that I had to wait for days to get my order is another story for another day. What I want to complain about is >>> I received my order eventually, and it was the wrong colour shoe (Sandal) I released this when I received the order on the 29/11/13. I am still sitting with my order and did not get any feedback regarding this. No one has contacted me back.
I have made to be exact numerous calls every single day to Mr Price online, but they still haven't contacted me back. Their customer service really bigtime!!!
I have bought so much from them, now settled my account with them. Chances are of me buying from them again... highly unlikely!!!
