I bought all stars yesterday at Edgars Sandton and asked for size 6. The lady from the Shoe department handed me a box with the shoes and i proceeded to pay. I paid by Tshidi Mbele. Only when i got home to now check my shoes i found 2 left shoes. How ridiculous? To make it worse there box is marked 2L on it, which i assume is 2 left shoes. I just think that this rubbish. Why hand a customer two left shoes that are marked with your store language 2L? I called the customer care in the branch and requested that they confirm the procedure, which turned out that both the lady at the shoe department and the cashier were supposed to check the content in the box and verify if what's on the box and what's inside corresponds. Now it is my problem to now to Fix y'll mistake. " AHHH JUST BRING THEM BACK MA'M AND GET THE RIGHT ONE." At whose's cost? you"ll gonna pay for my petrol and my parking ticket? BAD BAD SERVICE.
