Ordered a bunch of stuff on the 12th of November, got promised delivery on the 25th. That was the first of a boatload full of k@kstories, and empty promises.
Spent over R300 on phonecalls trying to get these incompetent people to sort out delivery, left many messages for the manager (Monique) to call me back, but obviously she had too many meetings and too much important issues to speak to customers, so I am still waiting for feedback.
This was the most unprofessional, most unpleasant experience I ever had with online shopping, and after all this effort, the most expensive too!
