Worst delivery / Empty promises

I ordered a fridge on 4 August and paid online.
On the confirmation it said 2-5 days delivery time.
Its the 15th and still waiting.
They phoned on the 10th asking if delivery has taken place on the 8th.
When told no, they said it will be delivered the same day.
On the 13th I phoned to ask what the problem was as delivery still has not taken place.
I was told that delivery would be made on the 15th.
But still no delivery, so phoned gain. Now I am told that delivery will not be later than the 17th.
So now I am waiting again.
I did my part when I paid. Its about time you do your's.
