I ordered clothing online on Tuesday morning (26/11/2013), paid for it immediately after and emailed proof of payment to Mr Price.
It it the Friday the 29/11/2013 and I have not received anything yet!! Online it says it will be delivered in 1-3 working days. It's day 4 and no delivery. Which means I will only get my order on day 5.
Whay the is the point of ordering for a specific occassion and being assured of getting your parcel withing 3 days, but then NOTHING.
I phoned the customer care centre. After being put on hold many times, being cut off, no answer, I finally spoke to someone who contacted the warehouse to find out where my parcel is.
Apparently the warehouse can't reach the driver, so she doesnt know how to help. I must just hope for the best.
I am absolutely livid. I spent a lot of moey and all I got to show for it was bad service!!
I would not recommend this service to anyone.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNEFFICIENT AND KNOW ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT THE IS GOING ON!!
