Hi I'd like to compliment the Outdoor Warehouse online team, although I did have a drop of confusion with payment by eft on the online store, a representative followed up and called me so they could fix the problem on their side, nevertheless this did not slow down my parcel delivery.
I ordered on Friday with the stated delivery period being 3-5 business days, so according to the way other retailers calculate their deliveries, day 1 would be Monday meaning delivery would be Wednesday to Friday.
But surprisingly delivery was made at 8:30 on Tuesday morning and the box was packed with a whole bunch of nifty freebies.
So well done to the online team for being super friendly and efficient.
