We bought a ring at Sterns Vaal Mall, but as the ring is only available in size P at the store, we needed to get it resized to size M. We were informed that an additional charge will be levied on the purchase price for the resizing. Why must I pay an additional amount to get the product as advertised when someone with a size P finger will not have to pay any additional charges? If you buy a pair of shoes, the size is irrelevant to the price. The same goes for pants, shirts and the like. Surely this is covered by the CPA in that the same product is now being sold to different people at different prices.
