Pathetic attitude that borders on insanity

On the 28th November 2013 I went to Shoprite Midtown Mall in Rustenburg to withdraw money sent via the Money market; I had my passport with me and requested to make a withdrawal to which I was told that the Passport was not a vaild identification with them; I requested to see the manager so I can explain my predicament but was told that the Manager was busy packing soaps in the shelves and the Admin Manager was available who was Amanda; I spoke to Amanda that I needed to withdarw the cash and the only identification I da was my South African passport to which she said that such was not acceptable to which I asked if the set rules were available in writing so that I can familiarise myself and satisfy myself; to which Ms Venter asked me if I was saying she is lying to which I indicated that I had never said that she left the counter and as she was leaving she flipped her hand towards me while she was speaking some inaudibles and she came across the floor from where I was standing and I indicated that her gestures are unwelcome and that she should speak to me in a proper manner and not to raise her voice at me. She yelled at me that she will not even bother to print the email...
