I PHONED OUTSURANCE FOR A QUOTE AND UNFORTUNATELY, THEY COULD NOT BEAT MY CURRENT INSURER - DISCOVERY INSURE. THEY WANTED TO OFFER ME LESS BENEFITS AND MORE PREMIUM, THE GUY WHO SPOKE WITH ME, MOHAMMED, CONFIRMED THAT I WAS GETTING A GOOD DEAL FROM DISCOVERY AND UNFORTUNATELY THEY COULD BEAT THEM. WELL I THEN ASKED FOR MY R400, THEN HE SAID HE WILL REFER TO HIS MANAGER KELETSO MAKOLA WHO SAID THAT I DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THE R400 CASH BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE A SOUTH AFRICAN ID. I TOLD HIM THAT I DO HAVE A VALID WORK PERMIT. HE SAID NO THEY NEED ID. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT STATE THAT SOMEONE MUST HAVE A SOUTH AFRICAN ID. IT ONLY SAYS THAT A VALID ID. I DO HAVE A VALID ID WHICH MEANS VALID IDENTIFICATION. I DO HAVE VALID IDENTIFICATION, WHICH IS MY PASSPORT AND WORK PERMIT. THE SAME WAY YOU WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME INSURANCE WITH A PASSPORT, ISNT IT SUPPOSED TO BE THE SAME WAY YOU NEED TO PAY? I HONESTLY SEE THIS AS FALSE ADVERTISING AND ITS VERY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
