On the 27/11/2013 there was an incredible connection supplement in the highway mail that stated they hard a 2 terabyte external western digital harddrive for 899 after speaking to a lady named portia from incredible connections call centre to confirm if the advert was correct and if they had stock which she confirmed i then called the branch (HILLCREST) to find out what time they closed and when i told the sales consultant what i wanted to purchase he then told me that the price is correct but that the description is wrong and that they will only give me a 1 terabyte harddrive and that they will not honor the advert.i then spoke to the manager of the shop and the regional manager who both told me that they will not honor the advert.i really think this is unacceptable as the price was correct but the description was wrong this is very misleading.
