Called the Argyle road branch 3 times to find out if there is stock of a particular dining chair. Each time i held on for 10 minutes for someone from the furniture department to assist me and obviously no one came to the phone. Does the furniture department not have a phone that the call can be transferred to? All i did was waste 30minutes of my airtime because of incompetent staff.
