I've purchased some furniture and one item which is a tub chair has a defect on it I received delivery on d 27th of july since then I have being speaking to numerous people at mr price with regards to an exchange however its 2 weeks now and I have not being getting any feedback I've left messages and was promised callbacks from the staff. All I am wanting is a new chair and if its out of stock advise me as to when stock is available and when I can expect my delivery. My problem here is I want answers I been wasting telephone calls and leaving messages and speaking to staff that are incompetent I have names and dates of the people I've been speaking too could someone assisst me in getting some feedback and this was my first purchase :(
