I am appalled at the service. I went Christmas shopping at Game North Cape Mall. When I wanted to pay for my Christmas shopping, the cashier swiped our RCS card but it was declined. I told her she should phone because I know for a fact that my husband has got funds available. She just stared like a blank page at me. Personally I feel they should just close that circus and open something like Makro or even a Hyperama. That is the shop with the most pathetic service and staff in this country. They are rude, unhelpful and sour!! I will most certainly do my best to influence my friends to steer away from them. And although I send a complaint to the head office - they did not even bother to email or phone me back. Why work in retail when you don't have the ability to serve the public??
