I went to the store to exchange clothing and I ask for gift as this was a gift for my cousin so they refused to give me a gift card and she said is not allowed. When I tried to explain to her why do I need a gift card she just buzzed me off and she walked away without explaination. I was very dissapoined as this is an admin manager and did all of this in front of the cashier, what values are they instilling to staff. Prior to that I went to Legit Goldenwalk and I got the same treatment from the store manager. I'm a valued customer as I buy 4 my family and my kidz but the bad treatment we getting in store is disturbing. Their values as a company its Interity, Profesionalism, people, performance but non of those values are being praticed in stores. I hope to get feedback on this one.
