Bad service experience

I am getting married the 22nd of next month, i went to Mr Price home over the weekend to get assistance with creating a gift register for my guests after i failed to do it online, i was told that they do not do it at the shot and was referred back to the website which i went and was still not able to create the gift register. I sent a query to their help desk which they said there was a consultant waiting to assit, i received an email requesting for my no and the time to call so they could help me with my gift register which i explained that i needed to do it urgently as my wedding is only 3 weeks away and i need to send out invites with the register no within this week. I have been waiting for the call since yesterday and i am still not able to do it online. I find this very unfair and inconsiderate of Mr Price Home, what happens to clients who do not have access to internet, does it mean they dont get to create a gift register with Mr price home? and for some of us who do have access to internet we still not able to do it as it is totaly not user friedndly. I was able to do my gift register with @Home and Woolworths and the service was excellent, Bad service Mr price Home!
