I placed an order with Kalahari and it was meant to be delivered on 25th November 2013. I have the waybill information under my Kalahari account.
I had no help from Kalahari so resorted to calling the couriers myself.
The person who answers the telephone does not even bother to give you a name. Completely unprofessional.
I made it clear to FedEx that the company I work for closes at 4:30pm but due to waiting for this delivery I have remained at work until 5pm.
The driver keeps saying that he is here at 5pm or 4:30pm but I have yet to see him.
My order is now 4days late and I called them this morning. They could not be bothered about the late delivery.
I asked the call center agent to call the driver and ask him when he might be here today but I was not helped.
The call center agent was completely unhelpful.By now I imagine that my books must be damaged from all the travel and mishandling.
