On 19 Sept 2012 i bought a mobile phone from Truworths.By the 19th Nov 2012 that phone broke due the phone being faulty as agreed on by Blackberry. Truworths policy says (2.2 of sale clause) they will refund/replace the money or phone. I opted for the for to be repaired.By the 12th Dec 2012 i was told to collect my (original). After paying R1950 and being assured i would recieve my mobile back. not true as a refurbished phone was given to me. It is now 6months later, several phone calls and emails and on my 4th mobile no one from Truworths has even bothered to get back to me.
I would advise people not to purchase any Mobile devices from this company as they keep shifting the blame to their supplier MTN. MTN has been very helpful in every respect tried to assist where possible even so much as giving me a loan phone whilst i waited for yet another refurbished mobile.
To spend R1950 for a new mobile and get a second hand mobile is disgraceful!!!
