DOES IT TAKE 3MONTHS TO IVESTIGATE> SINCE SEPTMEBER INVESTIGATING? STILL NOTHING: Am wrtting this on behalf f a minor who had purchased a Balckberry 9360 at sportcene Festivall Mall, Unfortunately the phone cracked the screen 2 and half weeks later and the phone was returned to sportscene Festival Mall, On arrival HE WAS TOLD THAT THE PHONE WOULD BE REPAIRED FREE OF CHARGE, nO ONE HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE POOR KID, he once went to the store to check on the phone, which he was told that it was not back funny the same day he got a call that the phone was in store, he went in there and found the phone had not been repaired, He left the phone with the lady in store who assured him that that the phone wil be repaired at no cost since it was under guarantee, Mind you the poor kid had save R2300 to buy a phone, so 3 months later i call the store that had not showed any interest on their client they have teh nerve to say that The poor kid has to pay, The Manager claiming that the phone was send to and from back 3 times, why was the kid not notified? There was a lot of incompetencies in your up staff! Foschini group and its staff is manipiulating poor children
