I took my Samsung Galaxy in to the MTN store at Eikestad on the 29th of January (2 weeks ago) to be repaired as the screen has been giving visibility problems and am still waiting for the quote. Since I have dropped the phone off I have personally visited the MTN 4 times to enquire where my phone is and when it will be repaired, each time I have been told that I must wait for them to phone and tell me the quote.

Yes, I have been patient and waited for this service provider to get their act together but two weeks is a bit extreme especially when I know the phone hasn't even been serviced yet.

I have just waited in another half an hour line at the same MTN store just to be told I must wait longer and my phone still has not been repaired.
