Charged & not given goods - broad daylight

Went to Shoprite Cosmo City on 13 May 2013 and bought some food items amounting to R260.79 and swiped by debit card to pay. Just after the payment was approved and receipt printed the computor froze and l was told l could not take the goods with me because the transaction was not showing on the computer and that my money would be reversed. I went back 2 days later and was told to bring my bank statement. On Sunday 19 went ther with my bank statement and was turned away again - they promised to investigate and get back to me but l never got their call. Had to go back again the following Sunday and was told they are still investigating. They called me once to say the bank will reverse the amout. Went there on 23 June again (more than a month later) and was told there are no records that l purchased anything from Shoprite although the lady who was assisting me confesses that she remembers me and what happened on the day. They told me they couldn't find my bank statement so l have to bring another copy. Took a copy there the following day and they told me there is nothing they could do to help me. Where on heaven is my money, with Shoprite obvious and l hav wasted too much time
