My purse was today & I have been trying for half an hour to contact Foschini's call centre for them to block my card. What a hopeless situation. I try calling their call centre. It gives you the option to report a lost or card. I choose that option. It instructs me to key in the card no - I DON'T KNOW THE CARD NO - IT'S BEEN!!! I I try calling the Johannesburg no, it rings incessantly & disconnects. Exactly the same with the Cape Town no. I then try the call centre again & choose the new card option. I eventually get through there, request them to transfer me to cards. They do that but the call is cut off - again & again & again. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL SERVICE!!!
