I had a query about a dress I am very interested in.
It took almost 24 hours for feedback, now when I am ready to order the dress is no longer on sale and size is sold out?
Also would have been nice to know the sale of that item was only until y/day midnight?
Very disappointed in the service already.

Suggestion (coming from a software, web environment) to Zando as I have just had the very same problem, display clearly to your valuable client that the sale ends that night @ 12! you probably losing out on many sales :(
