I wanted to buy a set of earrings for my fiance which costs R 249 (Black & white cubic zirconia wide earrings which hug your ear lobe). I went into American Swiss on Sat 26-1-2013 and nobody had a clue. So i sent through an online enquiry on 30-01-2013, i received a response the next day from Gail at Ops Department who advised me that the store did infact have stock, i went to the store yeaterday and nobody was able to help me. the earrings are not even advertised, This is now getting ridiculous, it seems to be false advertising, Why advertise if the product is not on your shelf yet
