I was inquiring about a scatter cushion that I was sure I had seen in the store before. The employee insisted it has never been in the store. She rudely raised her voice more than once at me! She even came so close that her face was right in mine. She was so rude! Jessica made me feel so small and embarrassed! Other customers were staring. She didn't even apologize once I had asked her not to raise her voice at me. I went to speak to the manager who said she would sort it out, but I just feel that this bad attitude is not good for the shop! I was so angry I went and bought cushions somewhere else. I never left a happy customer today.
