I would first like to start off saying I am extremely disappointed by your customer service.
I applied for a Foschini storecard at 10:30 on Saturday morning. It is currently 12:16 on Tuesday and not a peep about when I can fetch my store card. That after the sales lady at Fourways said I will have it the same day!
As if that service isn't bad enough. I have been struggling since Monday to get through to your call centre. Honestly, I do not have the time or patience to spend waiting, tapping a pencil against my phone while your so-called agents are drinking tea for an hour. So now I'm typing this email, which will probably only be answered in another week...
If you have time to help your future customers, please let me know when I can collect my storecard at Foshini Fourways. If not, please tear up my application form and I will gladly shop elsewhere.
