The post below is my original post, i've had no call from you guys, the R115.00 fee has not been reversed and I'm still getting collections calls...
I recently paid up an RCP (Loan) that i had with standard bank, I called the customer contact centre and spoke to Jolene for closure, Jolene said no problem she will send it to her admin guys they will close the account, in December a debit order goes of for payment for the RCP that has been settle, there was no money in the cheque account so the debit order returned unpaid and i was charge, now I am getting phone calls to tell me that my cheque account is overdrawn, i also spoke to Lazeress who is a Teamleader in the CCC who said he will reverse the fee's, nothing has been done yet, this morning i get an SMS telling me legal action will be taken against me, plus i get calls from a automated system telling me that my account is overdrawn, these calls are made to my office number as well and my colleagues answer my phone and now know I am overdrawn, I'm not sure how legal these calls are and will be reporting it to the ombudsman, standard banks services has rely deteriorated in the last 2 years, Standard Bank Moving backwards.
