I received an account from Flora Clinic late last year. I was not advised of the outstanding amount, but was told that I have been handed over for collections.
In December, Blake & . called I arranged to pay half on 20 Dec, and the other half 20 Jan 2014. I stuck to my arrangement, but imagine my surprise when I received a call in January rudely asking for the remainder! I advised that I would pay, as per my arrangement, on 20 Jan.
My outstanding was apparently R368, but I paid R500 as my invoice from Flora was higher and I wanted to ensure that all amounts were covered.
I sent my proof of payment to Elizabeth Mbongwe at Flora Clinic's Credit Control (only contact details I had).
Over a week after making payment, I am STILL getting harrassing calls and derogatory sms's! I CANNOT resend proof of payment as I sent it from my Nedbank internet banking, and not my own email.
Please get into contact with the company for which you are doing collections (FLora Clinic), and stop harrassing me at all odd hours!
