I have been a regular client to Spar in Bayley street Benoni for years and i have complained before on Hellopeter about the extremely bad service and i stopped using the Spar for a quite sometime, for awhile now it is my only option as i work long hours and it stays open till late but every time i go there its the same unpleasant experience, the tellers have no clue about friendliness and customer service, they are rude they have attitudes, dont greet and not even a thank you when handing your change the tellers at the cigarette counter dont even get off their chair to assist they just stretch to get the cigarettes stretch to the till and then stretch to give your change. i am in a service industry and pride myself on the service i give my clients and its really sad when going to the shop after a long day and still have to deal with rude unfriendly people. i can honeslty say that not one teller is friendly or pleasant and i always walk out shaking my head. the managers are friendly so i dont see why the rest of the staff cant be. I would rather pay alot extra and purchase what i need at a petrol station then continue supporting this Spa
