I lodge a complaint a while ago about CNA that will not fix the problem we have with online delivering the wrong item, (We ordered a blue ray tron DVD and recieved a normal one, even though the invoice reflects blue ray). They responded to my complaint to say they tried to contact me but no avail. which is a LIE, they called once in rush hour traffic to leave a voice mail telling me to call the call centre! After this I received 3 calls to find out if the problem was sorted out to my satisfaction - NO ONE SORTED ANYTHING OUT, NO ONE MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE THE RIGHT THING DELIVERED! but they posted this as such on their system - they have NO evidence it was swopped, I have emailed the invoice and 17 emails begging for assistance to everyone who called to ask if this was sorted out and STILL NOTHING H AS BEEN DONE! CNA is a terrible company and even putting on hello peter cant get a solution, I will post this everywhere I can and will approach newspapers as well if I do not get a proper response within 5 working days as we have been waiting since SEPTEMBER for a solution.
