I have just had a really bad experience with [URL Removed] delivery person.
I placed an order online, and CLEARLY specified that although the order was on my account, that I would NOT be receiving the package - my GIRLFRIEND would receive it, and she works at Investec. Takealot ACKNOWLEDGED THIS in an email.
Delivery person went to Investec but kept phoning me - I was busy in a meeting, eventually answered - to hear an irate person on the other end asking where I am, he has arrived at Investec. I tried to say that I had specified that my girlfriend would receive the package, not me - and I had already given her name and a note had been made (acknowledged by Kyle Coenraad via email), but the line was so bad our phone conversation got cut about 5 times with ME having to phone HIM back, and eventually all he said was 'we are very busy'. This was very rude.
So I had to contact my girlfriend to go downstairs and receive the package, frustrated beyond belief at this person's rudeness and how my email was actually ignored - and having wasted so many personal phone calls, and again he was short/rude with my GF upon delivery. Unfortunately my GF didn't get his name.
