Account Reactivation

I have paid my account in full and to my surprise it has been deactivated and i was told that i over paid my account and now it has been four weeks and i'm still waiting. i have been put on hold for more than 45 Minutes by the consultant by name of Nthabiseng Matlhobogoane saying she's going to get a Team leader to come and help reactivate my account and that the amount that was over paid will transferred to my Edgars account.and i have 8000 Thank you Points, that i can not utilise. The service i received at Egdars just want me to cancell the whole account. and will like to be refunded my money as i over paid my account and what will happen to my 8000 Thank you Points. lastly is now 1:10:00 minutes and i'm still holding the line. This is totally unacceptable.
