I received a very disturbing phone call from my girlfriend yesterday.
After not having delivered an order I placed on Monday, I had to contact [URL Removed] a second time and ask if the delivery was indeed made. With no response..
Not only was the delivery date NOT made on time for my girlfriends special day, but it was then ruined by a phone call made to HER number... The recipient of the flowers.. Don't you think that keeping it a surprise is the whole point of sending flowers with a delivery service?
If this was not enough the lady on the phone was so rude to my girlfriend, that my girlfriend phoned me in tears...
And then yet again... She asks my girlfriend what the delivery guy should do with the flowers? If my memory serves me right, [URL Removed] has an option to leave the delivery with a neighbor, if the recipient is not home? Even so, if the one neighbor is not home either, there is the other next door neighbor...
I do business out of the country and rely on services such as [URL Removed] to keep people dearest to me happy while I am away on business trips...
I will not make the same mistake in using [URL Removed] again! Ever!
