Last week Thursday i went to get my prescription from Clicks. Gladys helped me and i have never felt soo insulted in my life. First she was just downright rude, i have bipolar disorder and anxiety disorder so my medication is Schedule 5, after a while i asked her whats wrong with smiling and being friendly and she looked at me and advised she cannot be nice or smile because she deals in drugs. I felt like a durg addict, its medication i take for my condition and she had nooo right to make me feel that way.
I will tell anyone who can listen how bad the experience was, before we had a small pharmacy at Paddocks, the staff was friendly and accomodating, never rude.
