I ordered a Sleeper coach on the 11 November 2013. after a few days I phoned and was informed, no stock but stock will arrive on Saturday morning and will be allocated aswell. on the Monday I phoned again and Tuesday same old story. then I spoke to roxy who said that stock was not up to standard and will be sorted out asap but her manager will personally give me a call the same day. it is 5 days later no call no sleeper coach!!!
