My Makharm card was together with my ID, I went to Makharm with a temporary ID and Affidavit stating the same thing, asked for a card only to be told that TGF does not issue cards based on temporary docs or copies, funny enough someone opened an account last year using my name and other information (Identity) without an actual green bar-coded ID and the account was authorised. So my question is where does TFG base their story of not giving me a card comes in?
Do you expect me to be transacting on the account even thou I don't have a card on my position?
Why should I pay the account if I don't have a card?
TFG has made so many mistakes on my account yet they are so sure that what they are doing is proper customer care, I refuse to pay on the basis that I don't have a card, what assurance do I have that they won't allow another person using my documents to get another account?
I am not impressed with the staff I spoke to earlier this morning when I tried to explain my situation and they tell me it's company's policy not to give me a card yet I should continue paying
