Lack of adequate sales service and knowledge

I visited the Blue Route store on Saturday which the intention of purchasing a new laptop. I had looked at Incredibles website and had an idea of the laptop I wanted the ASUS S300 Ultrabook which was showing stock at Blue Route. To my disappointment the Sales Adviser said they didn't after checking and tried to upsell me the ASUS S400 Ultrabook stating it had a better processor. I left the store to think it over and returned 10 minutes later.

The ASUS S400 Ultrabook info card stated the monitor was 11 inch however the display unit clearly was 14 inch. The store was quiet and six floor staff were idling in the middle f the store. After attracting the eye of another Sales advisor I queried it who stated it must be a mistype I asked him to unlock the unit to which he stated he couldn't. I remember seeing online the your ASUS S400 Ultrabook comes with a 22, 4GB SanDisk SSD U100 24GB (SSD) he said no this you only find with the Zen books. After the misinformation of your website and in store I left, I wasn't going to pay R9000 for something that might not be suitable without the option to try out the device.

There was no service through sales, overall a poor experience in your store.
