ASUS not suitable for business - Frontosa

We purchased 2 high end ASUS laptops from Frontosa. We then discovered that the machine has a fatal flaw - copying data to hard drives are SLOW. Asus international advised to update firmware and drivers and this did not make a difference. Took the machine back to our supplier - Frontosa. Their technical department confirmed the issue.

Now they do not want to give us a credit until they have sent up the machine to ASUS in Joburg. This will take 5 days. Only then when ASUS has checked the machine will they give us an credit.

We nee to replace the machines asap - time is of essence. Our supplier - Fronosa is supposed to give us an immediate credit and we should be in the position to order a replacement machine from a different manufacturer.

Terrible service. And even worse for ASUS. Do not buy ASUS laptops in South Africa. After sales is shocking and suppliers of ASUS machines refuse to honour an out of box failure with an immediate credit.
