Cresta branch called Eastrand Mall in order for them to hold stock of a pair of boots for me.
I spoke to Thabiso in Shoes at Eastgate who took my details and assured me the shoes would be waiting for me.
I arrived at Eastrand Mall this afternoon, and found my boots neatly packed away and waiting for me. Thabiso wasn't available but his colleague was well informed and knew exactly where to find them.
Unfortunately they didnt fit, but i was pleasantly surprised by the follow up call i received from Thabiso, asking if there was any way he could assist, as i had not been able to purchase the shoes i had wanted.
Alll i can say is WOW! Keep it up guys!
