I returned a damaged shoe last week, I was advised by Sibongile that the managed will call me back but to leave the shoes with them, the next day passed on the third day I contacted the manager who advised me she is not aware of my complaint. She promised to call me on friday because the sibongile is off. I waited as usual till contacted her on saturday. I was under the impression my complaint will be rsolved when calling her. What got is that she is waiting for the driver to take my shoes to head office.the annoying part is this lady is a manager but dhe is not taking decetions for her shop, she has to run thi via head office. This is pathetic service. If it was outlet like spitz this was going to take a day to resolve.
