I had both my work shoes re-soled at your harties branch. after a few months the leather rim around the sole came loose, again i had to pay for repair. after a month or so the rim came loose again. i then returned the shoes for repair and was told that the branch is still waiting for "magic glue" delivery and will be in stock in next few days and then i should bring in the shoes. we have been phoning for past 2 weeks and still no delivery. this is just slow and bad service. i am wondering how many other customers have been sent away, as no magic glue in stock. please advise?
