On Fri 23/11 went to foschini Attlyn Mall, I waited for 20 min to pay my acc, there was only 1 cashier, the aircon were not on, as i was waiting I was told by one lady from cosmetics (ponds lady with an attitude from d dumping side) that im at the wrong queue I should queue at the other side. I queued at the other side, 15 min after waiting the cashier at the till told me to go an queue at the other side as she was going to be long??? do you guys understand the meaning of Customer service?? why hire incompetent people to run your store?? I have never been this disgusted.the level of service we get at this stores at our locations is. They dont value clients at all
