On the 24th of November i went to Game trade route mall to buy my son a birthday gift, i requested a certain card which was on display, but had scratches everywhere and didnt look new at all. i asked the assistant if they had stock at the back and she said she'll go and check. it took her 10 min just to check if there is stock and then came back to say they do have 6 items at the back she'll go and get it. after about 15 min she came back and told me they had no stock, i asked for the manager who told me the very same thing, yet their system still shows there were 6 items available. the manager then told us that the people who knew where ther items are, will be the store room guys and they were not working on Sunday, she then offered a R30 discount on the toy. i feel that the staff and the manager were lazy to look for the specific toy and just opted to give me an old and scratched toy which i had to pay R350. if they are gonna come to work, they must be prepared to serve their customers.
